Marketing Coordinator

We are searching for an experienced and innovative marketing coordinator, in charge of marketing for Euroins Romania. This role will have a strong focus on brand awareness.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• to develop marketing strategy and planning;
• to brief and coordinate media agencies;
• to present reports and proposals based on data from the market research;
• to set up marketing budgets;
• to identify and understand sales trends and behaviors and develop targeted strategies for specific programs and prospective client profiles;
• to guide the development and implementation of audience-centered, data-driven marketing;
• to strengthen the company’s image, improve awareness;
• to set up regular market research to identify the structure of the market: current and potential customers, behaviors;
• to build brands awareness;
• to design advertising materials (announcements, leaflets, offers, etc.) in direct collaboration with internal and external partners;
• to negotiate and implement advertising contracts.

Requirements:

• relevant coordinating experience in a similar position;
• college degree in relevant field;
• solid understanding of how to build a funnel, nurture relationships, and grow engagement over time;
• strong networking in the advertising area;
• exquisite copywriting and verbal communications skills in Romanian language;
• superior writing, editing and verbal communications skills in English;
• strong project management, administrative and organizational skills, including supervision of marketing agencies, suppliers and consultants;
• knowledge of basic computer applications, SEO, content and social media channels;
• able to work both independently and as part of teams, to think creatively and “outside the box”;
• ability to travel when necessary;
• experience in B2B marketing;
• developing presentation websites and landing pages;
• communications and sales: collaborating with colleagues and with external digital marketers and other marketing suppliers to meet the marketing & sales KPIs.
