Roles and Responsibilities:
- excellent communication, copywriting and organizational skills;
- collaborate with internal teams to create a digital strategy that includes landing pages, relevant assets, external agencies and other vendor partners;
- creating and managing end-to-end digital campaigns;
- creating compelling, persuasive content and visual concepts for various digital assets, including landing pages, ads, webinars, whitepapers, infographics, videos to generate leads and increase sales;
- implementing, monitoring, optimizing, evaluating marketing campaigns across multiple channels (GDN, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube);
- editing graphic content for images (resolution adjustment, crop, brightness, contrast, corrections,
- plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests;
- asset management including print, digital, and video assets;
- monitor performance, data, and insights to optimize accordingly;
- self-discipline, results-driven attitude and a high level of autonomy;
- strong work ethic and high personal integrity;
- ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, multi-task;
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing;
- experience measuring and reporting performance;
- analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points;
- experience in enhancing digital content, client funnel and in A/B multivariate experiments;
- experience executing marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration;
- experience on campaign development and go-to-market strategies and recommendations on tactics;
- successful track record working with interdisciplinary, global teams;
- experience of implementing strategies for gathering customer and market insights to optimize outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads;
- strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills;
- metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity;
- proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy;
- proved experience driving and overseeing promoting email, web-based media and campaigns;
- excellent English skills (both spoken and written);
- great attention to detail;
- natural problem-solver;
- effective communication and interpersonal skills.
