Digital Marketing

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • excellent communication, copywriting and organizational skills;
  • collaborate with internal teams to create a digital strategy that includes landing pages, relevant assets, external agencies and other vendor partners;
  • creating and managing end-to-end digital campaigns;
  • creating compelling, persuasive content and visual concepts for various digital assets, including landing pages, ads, webinars, whitepapers, infographics, videos to generate leads and increase sales;
  • implementing, monitoring, optimizing, evaluating marketing campaigns across multiple channels (GDN, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube);
  • editing graphic content for images (resolution adjustment, crop, brightness, contrast, corrections,
  • plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests;
  • asset management including print, digital, and video assets;
  • monitor performance, data, and insights to optimize accordingly;
  • self-discipline, results-driven attitude and a high level of autonomy;
  • strong work ethic and high personal integrity;
  • ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, multi-task;
  • detail-oriented.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing;
  • experience measuring and reporting performance;
  • analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points;
  • experience in enhancing digital content, client funnel and in A/B multivariate experiments;
  • experience executing marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration;
  • experience on campaign development and go-to-market strategies and recommendations on tactics;
  • successful track record working with interdisciplinary, global teams;
  • experience of implementing strategies for gathering customer and market insights to optimize outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads;
  • strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills;
  • metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity;
  • proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy;
  • proved experience driving and overseeing promoting email, web-based media and campaigns;
  • excellent English skills (both spoken and written);
  • great attention to detail;
  • natural problem-solver;
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills.
