A new headquarters for Euroins. The company is expanding its team and investing in digitization

Bucharest, February 2, 2022 – Euroins Romania has a new headquarters in the J8 Office Park in Bucharest. The 300 employees of Euroins in Bucharest have already started working in the new office, spread over one floor, in a rented space of 2,398 square meters. The new space allows the continued recruitment of specialists and the growth of the team that provides support to customers. In parallel, investments continue for the digitization of the company, the modernization of online applications through which customers can open their claims files and new technologies that allow a faster internal flow of document processing, which further shortens payment times. The new Euroins office will function as the operational headquarters, while at the old office located in the Pipera area, Euroins will retain its claims and customer service center.
“Our new headquarters in Bucharest represents another successfully completed stage in Euroins’ transformation plan, a process that began in 2021. We have come a long way in just one year. Our new organizational culture and set of company values are increasingly recognized in our way of working as well. We chose this new space because it perfectly reflects these values, is environmentally friendly and perfectly fits our organization as well as the needs of our employees. Over the past year we have grown our team substantially, and this growth will continue with new insurance products, with our increased focus on customer service. Additionally, we continue to develop our online infrastructure, and these technology investments have been easier to implement in a new home.”,
The new space ensures a modern work environment, adapted to the current requirements and trends of the labor market, with mixed work – physical presence and telework. There is also an emphasis on collaboration between employees. Thus, the new space has optimized dimensions compared to the old headquarters of Euroins Romania in the Pipera area.
The company’s new headquarters are located in an intelligent Class A building – which meets high standards in terms of safety and health, with a low impact on the environment. J8 Office Park was chosen by Euroins also for its accessibility, as this new office park is located in the northern area of the capital, close to the metro.
“The new headquarters of the company is a place that truly represents us and tells the story of the moment we are in. Its arrangement aimed at creating a comfortable and safe work environment, well organized and with a harmonious aesthetic, in which we can value ourselves as a team. A strong team, made up of valuable and dedicated professionals, united by the values that represent us and for which Euroins is more than just a workplace.
Our new home strengthens and gives substance to our organizational culture and certainly confirms the company’s concern for what is truly its most important resource: people.”,said Monica Sârbu, Human Resources Director of Euroins Romania.
Euroins has also invested in a new technological network, with fast servers and high-performance IT equipment to support the Euroins application through which customers can open their claims files online, but also to optimize internal data processing flows and shorten times of payment.
From the perspective of safety and health, the new headquarters has a ventilation system that introduces 100% fresh air, without it being recirculated. Thus, 99.99% of the microscopic particles are captured. From the perspective of environmental impact, the facade of the building is covered with a recyclable material. The building also uses renewable energy, with water heating provided by a solar panel system.
