THE AMICABLE REPORT (an accident involving only two vehicles resulting only propertydamage).

The purpose of the THE AMICABLE REPORT procedure is to obtain information on the circumstances of the accident and not the on-spot settlement of the guilt that shall be in charge of the RCA insurers of the vehicles involved in accident.

The drivers of the two cars involved in the accident fill-in together a single form of mutual agreement upon the accident. It contains two print-in pages, with the same legal vale and instructions of use. After filling in all the required data, each driver is obliged to forward the copy of THE AMICABLE REPORT to his/her own RCA insurer.
