Medical expenses insurance for foreign citizens that reside in Romania (BA)

 OBJECT OF INSURANCE

EUROINS based on the insurance contract and in exchange of the insurance premium paid by The Contractor/Insured, covers unpredictible injury and/or unpredictable illness of the Insured, during the period of insurance, which requires the provision of emergency medical services and are not subject to exclusion of the general conditions.

INSURED RISKS

EUROINS covers on occurrence of the insured event and up to the limit of the sum insured costs from:

·         Medical assistance:

a. consultation and diagnostic investigations;

b. treatment and medication;

c. hospitalization;

d. surgery, including anesthesia and operation room usage;

e. urgency dental treatment in case of accident, that is necessary and usual in order to relieve direct pain (up to a maximum of 150 euros).

·         Medical transport.

INSURED’S OBLIGATIONS

The insured must contact EUROINS as soon as possible, by phone or by fax in order to access the benefits covered by the contract and shall not receive any compensation without EUROINS’ prior consent (with the exception of cases requiring the provision of first emergency aid and treatment).
